Supplements for stays lower than the minims: weekends or bridge: Room. Ext. or 1 BedRoom: 6 Euros / night. 2 bedRoom: 18 Euros / night. And from July 1 to September 15 and in The Holy Week 25 % more.

For double rooms: I discount 3 ª person of 30 % (In case of there being availability), children / aces up to 2 years do not pay, from 3 to 12 years I discount of 50 %.
Schedule of attention to the client: from Monday until Saturday from 9:00 to 13:30 and from 16:00 to 20:00 hours.
Hours of income and exits: Entered from 16:00 and gone out before 10:30. Obligatory deposit in the apartments 60 €. The reserves are assured until 19:30 h. If prevee the arrival later we request him warn.

Politics of Cancellation: In case of cancellation between 20 and 10 days before one will receive(charge) 50 %. If you cancels between 10 and two days before the entry you will lose 80 %. With less than 48 h. you loses 100 %.

Information of cleanliness: The Cleanliness of the apartments. Weekly will be the 3º or 4º day from the entry by change of towels. To the apartments Rented by fortnight three cleanlinesses are realized along the stay, the second one of them it will include the change of sheets.Weekly rentals in towel change will take place the 3rd or 4th day of stay. Rents 2 weeks change of towels 3 times, changing sheets at the end of the first week with basic cleaning. Double rooms are cleaned daily. In case of needing sheets or towels some not foreseen day it can ask for receipt the waitress of cleanliness.
